As of a March 1st No trades pick 13

Who are you taking? I think there are guys if they fall you don't pass up and I think some of them are obvious while some might not be.

Don't pass on
A.J. Green - I know I'll get a lot of Millen comparisons here, but just wait till later and then you will really start ripping into me. This guy is a freak. He is no CJ, but he is AJ and this guy is just a few steps below CJ. Colleges players like this will not come around often. No way he falls.

Patrick Peterson - Explanation really needed? No way he falls.

Prince Amukamara - We might be dreaming. There is a small chance. DB are starting 40 times as I write. Prince's 40 time will really affect him. Two teams need to pass on him, but the won't.

Guys you take
Von Miller - To me he is a speed rush DE and did not change my opinion at the combine. He is still an athletic beast and you don't obviously take him, but probably based on the board if he is still there, you take him. He won't be there and that is fine, because he is not that good of fit. There's a reason I didn't put him in the don't pass on.

Aldon Smith - Another 3-4 type of guy. I think he had a good combine. I am not hearing his name much, but he impressed me. There is a decent chance he is there.

Da'Quan Bowers - The only reason he is not in the can't pass on is because we have a good DL. No chance he is there.

Robert Quinn - Guy is an athletic freak. Small chance he is there.

Tyron Smith - Who is the best tackle? If he is he will probably be here and wouldn't be a bad pick

Nate Solder - Same as Tyron. He will probably be here. He's a lot more raw.

Mark Ingram - I am no doctor and don't know Kevin Smith's position. I truly think Kevin will be back to where he was before and he was good player if you remember. If he is not in plans for the future you have to consider taking Ingram, because he will be there.

Julio Jones - This guy is worthy of the 13th pick. Why reach for a Akeem Ayers and get a late 1st round guy and pay him 13 money when we can get a 13 guy. Julio is a great player and has great body control. He would help out the Lions tremedously. He will be available. I know it is a sexy pick, but it is something that should be at least considered. I am not one that goes with the sexy pick, but go ahead and bash me on this one.

Lets face it the guys you take category just aren't looking good. The Lions need to trade this pick.
